Happy Birthday!

Hi, Happy Sunday! Today Im sharing with you a new card for my daughter's birthday which happens to be today! Happy Birthday Erica! She is 29 years old! I can't believe it...where does time go?

I was looking back on cards that I have made in the past and I realize that almost a year ago I made a similar card with the doily, purple and flowers....LOL This one is much better than the other card. But makes me laugh, because I usually don't make the same card twice.

The inside is for my personal sentiment and for a gift card. The sentiment is from Verve.

I added a resin piece and tiny purple bling on the doily....done!

Shabby Chic Easter

Hi! Just wanted to share a new card for the Easter holiday. I was in the mood for shabby chic pinks and using some old pieces of resin. I forgot how I love it so much!

The pink paper is from Echo Park that I sure have been using quite a bit lately. The flowers are from Prima and some others from Recollections. The doily, dove and leaves are from Cheery Lynn Designs and the resin circle I bought at Michael's clearance section. The adorable rabbit is also from Prima.

I used a Martha Stewart punch in the inside and the sentiment is from Stamps by Judith.

Good Morning! Happy Monday! Today Im sharing a new card for my own stash based on the Feb Card sketch Inspiration from Scrapbook.com. See below. I been loving polka dots and stripes this holiday season. So I can't seem to stop using the pack of papers from Echo Park Dots and Stripes. Lots of reds, pinks with blacks. So I decided to use purple and these beautiful flowers from Recollections.

The angel wings, black leaves, banners, embossed hearts and rectangles are from Cheery Lynn Designs. The lacey circle are my favorite go to from Spellbinders. The center heart with wings is from Lawn Fawn. Lastly but not least is the sentiment fro Verve stamps.

The inside punch is from Martha Stewart. I make several card with similar indies from gift cards

Cool Chick

Hello Good Morning!
Sharing a new card today for the upcoming Easter holiday. A colleague told me the other day that it is on April 1st.....WOW! Getting closer than I thought. So I thought I would get a head start to send this year.

When I think of little chicks I have to match the yellow with green. I can't seem to get away from that color combo. The adorable chicks with google eyes are from Cheery Lynn Designs. The leaves are one of my favorite from Cheery Lynn Designs too!

I free hand the piercing along the green and white cardstock I also used tiny pearls on the Lacey Circles from Spellbinders. The flowers are from Recollections. The adorable sentiment is from Verve.

Here is my inspirational sketch that is part of the Feb Card Sketch Challenge over at scrapbook.com.

Belongs with Cheery Lynn Designs

Hello! Sharing another Valentine card using Cheery Lynn Designs die cuts.
I have been making several heartwarming cards this year....just need to mail them all out now.

I first embossed with the embossing plate "petite hearts" Then I die cut a couple of "stitched rectangles" I added the beautiful "heart" and "sweetheart candy" on the sides. I wanted to add some beautiful doves from "birds from earth and sky" and lastly some "tiny fanciful flourish"

I added some pearls on the corners just to match the polka dot paper....The sketch was inspired by Verve as well as the sentiment....

The old sketch...thx Julee

Be My Valentine

Hi everyone! Today I decided to make another Valentine card for the upcoming holiday. I actually have several Valentine cards from past years and I never seem to mail them out? I sure need to do that this year.... This card was based on an old sketch from years ago that I seen at scrapbook.com this month's card sketch challenge. It has several layers...so it is right up my alley.

I used embossing folder on the red background..it is hearts but hard to see,,,,sorry. The striped and polka dot papers are new from scrapbook.com. I used the heart stackables from Lawn Fawn. The flourish and doily are from Cheery Lynn Designs.

The sentiment is from Verve stamps and I added candy stamps that are old from Martha Stewart. I love candy especially for Valentines Day.

The great sketch! Thx
